Terms of use
The short version. Wheels Idle is free to play for your own enjoyment. In-game money and items have no real-world value. Ads are optional and come from Google. The game is provided as it is, and we may update it over time.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Wheels Idle game ("the game") made by Aypo Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
If you got the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement takes priority for the App Store version.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this despite these terms.
3. In-game money and items
Prize money, upgrades, car looks and everything else you earn in the game are part of the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and are not your property. The game has no purchases.
Your progress is saved only on your device. It is not stored by us, so it can be lost if you delete the game, reset your device or switch devices.
4. Ads
The game offers optional rewarded ads, provided by Google AdMob. A reward is given only when an ad is watched to the end. Ads are not always available, for example without an internet connection or when none is offered, and we do not guarantee that one will be. Ads are the responsibility of their advertisers, and how ad data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
5. Updates and changes
We may update the game, for example to fix problems, change the balance of the game or add and remove features. We may also stop offering the game. We try to keep your progress working across updates, but we cannot promise it in every case.
6. Ownership
The game, including its code, art, sounds, music, text and the name Wheels Idle, belongs to Aypo Labs or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the licence in section 2.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or work on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of game progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your licence ends automatically.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
